-Be listed on a Qualified Foreign Exchange or be a U.S. reporting company (SEC, Reg A+, or U.S. Bank)

-Submit a Letter of Introduction from a firm qualified to sponsor companies on OTCQX.

The second requirement will not be obtainable without a RS with all the dilution coming and the AS maxing out. The first requirement may also be an issue at the rate this company is hemorrhaging money. Haha, good luck big guy!
