WM is taking pains in the cutting and assembly process of Army shoot packs to get them right the first time. They only have 1 roll of woven DS fabric to work with. I've been told that nothing in this area of cutting and assembly happens as fast as working with normal fabrics.
They are also experimenting with different layered configurations before shipment to the Army's Natick Labs.
We will definitely hear something within the next 68 days of significance to KBLB shareholders.
