Col317 - After wading through 4-4.5 years of VN govt. red tape to get final IRC & ERC approvals I would expect nothing less than a VERY AGRESSIVE approach on KBLB's part.

Demand for ss didn't go away - only became more "pent up" after such a long extended delay.
