Correct. The UNIVERSITY owns the patent and it has NOT been reassigned to Dennis O’Leary or DarkPulse.

No one said the technology doesn’t exist. Just that DPT does not own it or have a license to use it.

These circular arguments aren't helping your cause. I also have proof and evidence of the connection you claim doesnt exist. You should do a little dd before hopping on boards with baseless claims
