Come on now Janice... There are so many companies in the market that the SEC nor FINRA spend time monitoring each one. It's all in a general watch over unless someone brings it to their attention. So unless someone outside of those organizations notify that something might be amiss or seems shady or what ever have you, it's business as usual.
