Sandvet, Allinone in no way said that he was working on preperation of the AF. He was merely speculating on the process that was taking place and asking questions of others to try and get a fuller understanding of what was necessary.

The way I look at this EDGAR software language thingy...

If EDGAR required Audited Financials to be in a certain language to be transmitted to them, then EDGAR will be able to help out companies that are having problems this morning anyway, so that issue is probably on it's way to being resolved.

MAYBE "allinone" was trying to help someone transmit the Audited Financials after hours? IF this is true, then "allinone" is a good man to know! LOL!
