Consider what would have happened if, as per the E*Trade rep, the brokers had actually paid a $1 a share dividend.

That would have cost $48 million. Imagine what people would have seen in their accounts.

That did happen once. I don't remember the circumstances, but shareholders for some reason suddenly saw millions in their accounts. But they immediately knew it was a mistake, and all they did was make printouts to frame.

FAGI the company also has a cause of action here.....a 40-50% drop in stock price for one..........

Agree with you. The stock started to climb back steadily at that time. I had no plans to sell until this happened.
