I agree and you’re correct they do make more on new patient visits, but many of the follow-up appointments won’t be able to be addressed without an interaction with the Dr or at least a nurse practitioner. Treatment progress to determine next steps and possibly new prescriptions are two that come to mind right off. Sure they can deliver test results, but most already have an online process for that
I emailed FUSZ that there is a company that launched a mobile app and helps gain doctors and physicians patients that they have lost. The app helps get these ex patients current again and drives revenues. The app would be even better with interactive video like FUSZ has.
I have been talking to this public company H-L-Y- K that is currently 30 cents with 200,000 app subscribers already! Rory and Denise have not replied back on costs.
Doctors make a great deal of revenue getting new patients through the door.
My doctors office isn’t taking new patients they’re so booked, a lot of this is follow up appts that could easily be done via NotifiMD. I’d happily pay to do the follow up through NotifiMD then figure out a good day to come in, which is hard when I work the same hours, then go in and wait to be seen, then finally when I’m in hear “okay you’re all set”
