Sounds logical. I can’t say for a fact but it was NOT marketed in the tight circles one sells an 8 figure cannabis asset like that. For sure smaller worse stores have sold for the same and certainly for more. Nice stores like western, good parking, solid access, other well traveled businesses near by etc, have sold for well over $10M.
