.05 is a SURE THING for ONCI. $1 per share is unlikely to happen for the main reason of Bsafemobile being sold to a big player which could net shareholders .25 per share, but nowhere near $1. If for some reason the Cogosense division is not sold then $1 is possible in a few years.
