so, to summarize why we are all here....
i've read a jazillion posts by you and sello & etc....
nothing is ever a sure thing and i understand that...
but a great story here, as follows:
-igene was a small nothing company in the 90's that was trying to figure out how to make salmon that nice pink color in a natural way
- an employee stole the info and gave it to archer daniels midland, that huge adm company, in hopes of getting a job there.
- igene found out and sued adm around late 90's....
- case was settled in 2003....
- in 2009,igene and adm actually formed a new company with 50/50 ownership, with igene doing the work and using adm's connections and distribution to get this salmon coloring product out there.
- for some unknown reason, igene went 'dark' shortly after this and stopped, pretty much acting like a public company, filings, pr's etc...
-so, now, 10 years later, igene ceo all of sudden is trying to reinstate the ticker once again and do something with it....
now, of course there are a ton of guesses and rumors in between all that, but i think that is the jist of it ......
correct???
