There seems to be a lot of misleading statements in that list, imo of course.
Doing ones own DD is what is actually important when investing in any stock.
If one feels the need to call every client, to each their own (revenue is all I need to see). However, I would caution towards the approach. SB said they have recordings from some who were harassing their clients, so if one is going to reach out to verify personally, probably best to keep it professional.
