Curious about those situations. There are many on the OTC site that are not updated for years, & others always have the present date on them even though there is no business. I guess that’s what constitutes a shell? Any of you DD wizards on here want to check SIMC w. 10 mil. AS & 6 mil. float. Always up to date on OTC. Has me baffled
