denny, assuming we get an 8K filing from WMIH/NSM on Monday 7/16/2018, the earliest the merger can close is Friday, July 27, 2018 due to WMIH must give notice 8 BUSINESS days in advance notice of closing so investors can select cash or WMIH stock.
Assuming no 8K filing on Monday, then I would say between 7/31 and 8/15/2018 the merger officially closes.
