Yup, they put out press with out JA approvals, he had no idea it was happening, or how they could just do it. Already asked about this, he resigned post facto, hence the reason the SEC shut it down. They were not supposed to do any press, JA was equally surprised they did.
News wires seem to be overrun with fake press, and bs press these days. I hope they start nailing more with fake prs and prs unapproved by all.
Again, hence their piling issues....Palewater/Milost were running those PR's.
