Obviously an OPXS scam with the CFO buying retail shares recently at 1.09 and now the company just announcing a second 100,000 share stock buy back by the company buying retail shares for the treasury, and now the stock breaking out and close to a 100% Bullish all out buy signal at $1.20 break out, and finally after a decade showing some profitable quarters.
