If anyone outside of Palewater/Milost was a target then they would swiftly shut down every single play that is going right now...they did the first three after their PRs and then did the fourth after PR...why only suspend one and not all the others if your case is so strong before tons of money gets traded after announcement?

The fact that you keep saying HE [Arcaro] is target is false. What is abundantly CLEAR is that it IS Palewater/Milost.

And yet Arcaro willingly dealt with Milost, and took money from them. Not good.
