There were 9.5 Billion share Authorized and 4.6 Billion shares outstanding on that stock. You did not have to be a genius to see a reverse split coming on that one. That stocks post split numbers look similar to ILST's share count. I missed the link where they said they were not going to split it. If there were 9.5 Billion shares out on ILST I would think a split would be coming. There are not so no R/S is needed nor is one planned.
