Finally got home with a new keyboard. I bought it, then left it with a guy in a liquor store up the road (they don't sell booze in any shops around here), then went shopping. On the way home, laden with groceries, i picked it up again. Was friggin' stuffed. Beat and looking forward to just relaxing with my new keyboard.
Ok, there was no cord. Neither the lady who sold to me, nor i, saw the tiny 'wireless' on the box. I had even asked her if the cord wold be long enough. She had said yes. Shop closing time was close, so fuck! gotta go back there right away, so dragged myself up and back to the store thinking umm, no cord, no mouse.
They, of course, quietly showed me a tiny USB which was sorta jammed into the inside of the flap at the other end of the box. The end i hadn't opened. A mouse was in there too. It was like the box had a false end. A tight one so the mouse didn't move when the box was shaken.You couldn't see the mouse looking from the end i'd opened. Ha, and i'd never seen such a small USA before. Sheesh.
So walked home again. Now am inally settled. Mouse, CC and me.
Did anyone other than DD break my code? LOLOL
