austin01.....do I have a choice in how my escrows will see a return?...I thought of a S4V return for my escrow shares, but so far no corporate narrative have stated as such...I will take the word of the THMJW that we will get F/R for those escrow shares, how much, and when?.. who can say.... Civil War General makes a good summary.. just buy Wmih commons, they are cheap, and a good recovery can be had from them while waiting for escrows to "pay out".. but to answer your question, I honestly don't know how escrows will pay out until I hear from an expert on the subject, and not a poster....of all the tranches that were securitized, I am sure that escrow might own some of them....like I said before.. them that pays for them, owns them....Lodas
