likely because of multiple aliases. dormant accounts are not that uncommon on ihub, when one becomes too burdensome or discredited, switch to another. it just has to be from another IP address so IHUB cannot detect it. Not that uncommon with penny stock scammers, to make it look like there is agreement on a subject by posting from multiple accounts.
