Sister stock did the same thing and is almost dark. Hate to say it but those SIPC cheapness from .07's, .06's, .05's, .04's, .03's and now .02's may still not be so cheap. Many down 70%-80% and they seem to have no bottom yet.
They things that seem to stand out is the fact the company would not buy back at these levels if it was so cheap. The other thing is the fact that past 4 PRs they loaded the day before and dumped it hard.
Many catalysts actually hurt this. The Farm bill assurance and Hemp legalization being assured only hurt this every time. Clearly others shown why this is baked in and no longer has any effect.
This is not what a company that has real plans or legitimatize does. Many praying it will have volume soon to break even as they never let anyone profit or get out.
Interest here has to be waning and not sure noobs could find value based on 2018.
