It is only stealing if a court of jurisdiction rules that the SPSPA, Amendment 3 or both were executed unlawfully. Until and if such ruling is made and reaffirmed if appealed, the law will treat the funds as proper under contract law.

Donot, Of course not. I agree they are stealing from us. But the courts have said they are not.

Nobody has put pressure on Trump (or Obama)to address what we are bitching about. So, why should he risk political capital on something that nobody but us gives a shit about?

I've said this before but it may bear repeating. The American press does not understand this whole thing, so they won't tackle it. They only understand ass grabbing and the poor, hungry illegal immigrants at the border. I'm not convinced that even the talking heads on the financial shows really really understand the ins and outs of the GSE's, housing, capital requirements, and any one of a dozen abbreviations we use daily here. Just sayin....
