Has it ever came across you that all you need to get is 1 penny and I would be wrong? CIT preferreds got nothing. Obviously Enron was not is as bad a shape as CIT, and Lehman. If you get more than one penny the creditors committee will be wrong in their disclosure statement. Lehman management will be wrong in their statement on the EPIQ bankruptcy site.
