That proves exatly nothing. I am looking for evidence that Chrome still has any contracts, is paying its employees and is operating as a company. That article proves none of that.

You do realize that he can be the chairman of a company that is no longer a going concern????

Just like when I sold a business. We no longer own the business but the LLC still lists me as president even though there is no longer a business associated with it.
