As far as I know the positive reviews have never been pointed out here. There have been hundreds of negative messages posted here. Someone considering buying should know how well respected she is in the local business community. The price is not going to go up in one day due to the reviews finally coming to light. If it had been pointed out over the last 6 or 9 months the price would likely be higher.
