Yep, pretty rare to acutally find a legit Pink Company that actually makes the move off of the Pinks. For our sake, I hope SLJB is one of the few to make that move.
benzdealeror2...I believe most of those that moved off the Pink Sheets were formerly on the major exchanges, but got delisted due to filing or legal problems. Once they got all that straightened out, they were able to move back on the major exchanges. There are also some large foreign corporations like Nestles Chocolate (Swiss) that chose to list on the Pink Sheets rather than go to the expense of changing their accounting systems to meet USA SEC requirements... They still file publically, but only under their own government's rules in their home countries....
