Let's review facts (AKA, DD) that actually matter:

vigil has never made a profit in any of her companies.

vigil has used dilution to pay herself but not her employees, vendors or landlords.

once maxed out, vigil reverse splits so she can continue to pay herself through dilution.

vigil has constantly lied to investors.

vigil refuses to get current with the OTC.

vigil lost both the Part 141 and Cessna rating for A-Cent while lying she still had them.

vigil has had multiple lawsuits against her.

word is she is the subject of an ongoing SEC investigation.

vigil is a whore as defined by the Merriam Webster Dictionary, "a venal or unscrupulous person" https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/whore

internet reviews mean nothing to real investors and should not be considered initial DD when looking for an investment.

The CEO Donnell Vigil runs A-Cent Aviation. She is an excellent business person loved by her customers. A-Cent has a BBB rating of A+, Facebook rating 100% Positive, Google Review 4.9 out of 5 stars. Groupon Reviews 97% Positive, and Yelp 100% positive.
Out of 140 customer reviews 135 gave A-Cent Aviation 5 Stars. Customers love the company. You don't have to take my word for it. Just Google A-Cent Aviation Inc and read the reviews yourself. The reviews were done by 140 real verified people.
This shows the CEO can run a very successful business. What is being said here does not reflect what is happening with the business. People are paying $7,000 and up to the flight school and there are no real complaints. Zero. It is almost impossible to achieve that level of customer satisfaction. Yet she is doing it. Day in and day out.
