4Justice - the $1 million "boxing gym" deal

has not closed and it is not a SLJB deal

again, it now seems that the only deal that SLJB has closed is the puny $6 million revenue company acquisition, SAM, since it appears that the press release on the $350 million revenue/year cement deal never CLOSED.
