Ace: I've been called a few names before, but ignorant is not one of them. LOL! The market and PPS has been sideways on this stock for weeks now. Why? because the market is waiting for Audited Financials to show if the company is legit. The Pro Formas listed DID NOT INCLUDE ANY DEALS POST ITS PUBLICATION. Right now, the market does not care about those issues, they want validation from an independent and objective third party (KPMG/PWC), and they want AFS. So, yes, it does not matter.

AMEN to that Brother. It does matter, but lets not mis-intepret Petars words. Was the 350 cement deal lost or the means to supply that cement deal lost. I think the latter not the former. IMHO
