POTN CEO signing the RSHN SOS document and both POTN & RSHN are sharing the same resident agent will lead me to think of a direct business relation between POTN and RSHN !

Sterling ,the more i look at POTN name change and its timing with RSHN filing the more i am convinced that it has to do with what is going to show up here in RSHN !

POTN is changing its name to BioTech Hemp, Inc. which is clearly to me that they want to position POTN as a big HEMP player with the upcoming HEMP legalization to benefit to the maximum of it !!

but POTN only carries products derived from Industrial HEMP and does not produce this HEMP !



i am thinking that RSHN will carry this HEMP cultivation /production for POTN products and for market distribution !

this business is very big and need to be placed in a public vehicle !

RSHN could become a POTN subsidiary that will carry this business segment that is going to be HUGE with the upcoming HEMP legalization!

i have posted a scenario about it before about it and still eyeing it especially after POTN pick this HEMP name with the upcoming HEMP legalization

if this is the case we will see some lands acquisition i guess in COLORADO as they moved RSHN to COLORADO per filing !


it is all speculation at this point but POTN CEO presence on RSHN filing now is already something big for RSHN !


this guy is a company builder and with a proven track of record with POTN !

his naming as a CEO or as a board member of RSHN in a near future is going to trigger things big time on RSHN

a lot of investors will be following him and RSHN will move very fast because of this proven track of record

many will want to be in RSHN soon
