I can't figure out why you guys are not getting it... The deal to supply the cement to UAE is not lost... the part that was lost is where Petar and Sulja will be getting the cement from, that is why he says he went to find other (suppliers) and that is why he is now considering purchasing a huge cement producing factory. The 350 Mil. deal to supply is done...but now he has to figure out where he is going to get that much cement to supply.

Now do you get it?
