DFIX requires at least 2, maybe 3 (I forget offhand) years of AFs. Now, PV mentioned last night we're only getting one year. Do you, or anyone, believe an exchange such as DFIX allows exceptions for newly formed, albeit through a reverse merger, companies....kind of like an IPO, but not?!?! Also, if we subsequently file(?) numbers through 3Q 2006, would that then be part of a second year? TIA

If the numbers from the preceding year are not available it may not be possible to see if dubious accounting practices have been resorted to.
