pennydawg, why I disagree with that RSHN thought...
There's nothing that's being pumped here with RSHN. What they released was a "factual" document filed with the Colorado Secretary of State (SOS). If you believe that such was an error and was not real, then maybe this risk is not for you.
However, if you do believe that the document is factual, as I do believe, then maybe the risk is worth taking considering that this is usually the first step before major announcements are released from a company.
