well, if we break the treaty we can then run up trillions more in deficit spending to fund it.

meanwhile, the actual direct threat of cyber attacks by russia can be ignored, as is present trump policy. as recently as two days ago, he has tweeted that it never happened last time, in spite of 17 agencies determining otherwise.

Trouble is, trump has not yet met a treaty he won't break. he has broken several deals and basically, made none.
