Thank you. I ran out of time on my last edit. It's been 2.5 years (not 3.5) since Maciora began filing meritless claims against MEC and its shareholders. He has lost three. He has yet to succeed on one of his filings in Sacramento, and his counter-claim is in process. I don't know the status of his Wyoming case against the company as I can't find it online.

Those that understand the concept of vexatious litigation and can see how it aligns with Maciora's behavior have likely taken the time to read the court filings in all cases mentioned, and can separate out their personal feelings toward Ed and/or frustration with the lack of filings.

This is an excellent post. I don't think people understand the level of harassment little kenny has waged against ed and company. And how it has hurt their investment here.
