Yes, this IS a cause for concern.
And the fact that inspite of severe hype for almost two weeks, the stock went up < 20 cents.
Don't get me wrong, I am in it and I'd be happy if it went thru the roof but I don't see that as likely a possibility as some others.
In fact, the hero of the whole story is APS and the fact remains that they put together something that plays DMX, DIVX etc and that they can easily replace the DIVX component - DIVX is NOT a proprietary format, unlike DMX- there are many DIVX players out there, s/w and formware.
I bought at 0.34 and am up almost 20c and am wondering if it has any further upside or whether it will trade within its 30-50c range.
