The PR from yesterday appears to be good protection for investors against "taking the money and running." He still has cleanup to do, though, if he wants to rename the company and get a new ticker. That name change he filed was with the SOS of NC because he thought he'd bought a merged shell domiciled there. He has to redo the financials for the NV company with explanation on the non-merger, shouldn't take much since the numbers won't change. Then, he would be up to date to change the name of the NV company and submit for a name/ticker change.
