That aside, in the light of the high esteem Mueller was held by people across the political spectrum when
he was appointed, and in the light of Rosenstein's non-partisan attention to propriety, the accusation that
Manafort was only charged to try to get him to flip on Trump clearly should be seen as unsubstantial.
