Yes - if the investment community believed in this procedure - then the stock would be over 25 cents by now - this company has a history of delays - and more delays - with delayed delays - so no one believes them - I own 25,000 shares at the moment and am prepared for the "coming" tax loss that I am sure is to follow (luckily I have sold this well in the past - my latest cost basis is 7.35 cents - am I rooting for PMCB - YES - I AM - do I have much faith that they will do what they say - Not Really - They have been promising this since 2013 --- any other company with this "great" idea - would have already been in the trials by now
