7/2 is the day we will know who the bidders were. The deadline for bidding is 6/29 (this Friday).

No no. I beg to differ. The bids will be unsealed on 6/29. That is the deadline to RECEIVE qualifying LOI's. I personally expect several qualifying bids to be submitted by that date.

The Company intends to start operations the week after the DIP is granted, while some creditors would like the Company to only resume operation should qualifying letters of interest be received from strategic/financial bidders. Both parties however agree that production should cease should NO qualifying letters of interest from strategic/financial bidders not be received by June 29, 2018.
