I can only guess his brother didn't pass away from smoking pot. As a country, we need to be better educated. Drugs are bad, um kay. Pot isn't one of them!

Scheduling it as a 1 is emberrassing. It's our own damn fault. Especially hemp and CBD. I'm glad legislators seem to understand this. Prescription drugs should be a 1 classification, not WEED!

Look I appreciate your DD and input. But I cannot idly sit back and read BS about weed being a dangerous drug and Trump having a right to disdain it because of his brother and probably very missed best friend. Let's not project our President's take on MJ until he acts definitively.

Did you read this? Do you even care? Do you have kids? You really want them smoking weed? You think that would be a good thing? You really believe that ingesting a mind altering drug is a positive force for our society? Do you want to be the one crossing the street when a stoned out teen is behind the wheel of a car? You think this article is a lie? If you think all these things, maybe you should think again. I have kids. the most important thing in my life is their good health, their ability to spend their time doing something positive both for themselves and others, not sitting around stoned, having their studies suffer, reducing their chances for life's successes, damaging their lungs and messing with their memory and problem solving ability. How horrifying. The only thing I may agree with is our punishments for using marijuana may be too severe. But making it okay for my kids to be exposed to all the above - no way. I love them too much.
