Yep whatever's coming logic strongly suggests that IPCI mgmt., Armistice and UBS Group have already agreed on direction.

What still doesn't make any sense is why it's completely shrouded in such mystery that there's no market action 1 way or the other even indicating if it's positive or negative.

The August 15th date being so far out also adds to the mystery...so for once IPCI's mgmt. is proving that they can in fact be tight lipped if/when they choose to be...which is at least a nice change from all the previous times the market always knew b4 we did lol.

What do you think will be the total consideration to shareholders in a merger?

Well, I'm not sure if I fully understand what you ask, but shareholders will be put to decide whether they want or not the merger.

If merger likely to a Boyd affiliated entity and votes a formality as Boyd, usb and odidi have already agreed.

It's 100% sure they all are on same side whatever there is coming.
