Hi Orie,

I have a significant investment in your public company and I have to say I really like the progress I am seeing here. I do have a few questions though and I was hoping you might have a minute to address them.

Do you currently own or plan to own any significant amount of shares in COHO?

Will the company at any point be using revenue to buy back and retire shares off the market?

Is COHO DTC eligible? If not, does the company plan on becoming DTC eligible?

Will the company be looking to have financials audited for the previous year or current year?

I look forward to hearing any meaningful company updates in the near future. Hopefully the market will catch up with the value here and correct the share price.
