i was surprised by the ruling.... considered selling my shares but decided that managemanet is terrific and expansion is ongoing. I think the management team will deal with this blow and move forward. My confidence is unfazed.
had to stop reading that nonsense...these people that don't get it need to eat some weed and smarten up...if they are not careful they will find themselves in a high court being tried for crimes against humanity...
i think the AZ supreme court will overturn this lower court's ruling. The law seems clear to me, but not clear to the judges who ruled on this case. blah. can you imagine how many ppl have oils and vape pens and resins right now in their possession in AZ not to mention the dispensaries and manufactures of edibles etc....
