I agree that they unfairly hyped things up, but to be fair those shares were cashed in so that they could acquire HOPP, without them HAON would be worth nothing at all. If this is all the dilution that’s left, and HOPP churns profits, this can still be a winner, but only time will tell at this point.
Oh, he is logical MD. It is just that we expect him to be logical in respect to investors as well.
Fin is a logical 'company' man. His methods were not to improve relations with us but rather to enhance the ability of the company to remain viable.
Company logic is that $ is needed to do so. $ come from outside sources or within (revenues or sale of stock). Outside source nil. Revenues lacking. Ta da... sell stock no holds barred. Today's SS speaks reams of how that logic manifested into reality.
