My advice on these mini micro cap companies in the “pinks” is, pay a lot more attention to the 10-Q and 10-K filings, and pay a lot less attention to company hype. My experience in the mini microcap market has taught me that company financial filings rarely come anywhere close to matching PR hype by the company, and PR hype by promoters and shareholders. The 10-Q’s and 10-K’s tell the real story.... not the hype. And as it relates to ICLD, there were far too many red flags in its financial disclosures. Never could understand why any investor would hold a stock that is hyper dilutive. Makes zero sense unless the object is to lose money really fast.
