Come on now. You know exactly why the results of the trial study completed in March of last year have not been released as of today.

There is huge resistance directed by BIG TOBACCO IN FDA'S direction to impede the release of the study.

Simply put BT is facing a brick wall regarding lowering nicotene levels and imo have brought out the kitchen sink to combat XXII'S lowered risk intellectual properties.

And to this date I am not certain of the FDA'S abilities or the clout of the director to bring it home. After all 3 MAJOR 100 BILLION DOLLAR PLUS GLOBAL COMPANIES FUTURES ARE AT STAKE

Sounds similar of Congress's inablility to secure documents from the FBI THAT HAVE BEEN REQUESTED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO NO AVAIL.
