fredmiller1999, thank you for all of your diligence and fact finding. I have had mixed thoughts on how this goes forward. I said for years whenever this goes forward or at least shows us the way forward, it would be kept under the radar by letting this out on a long holiday weekend.
This or at least a Friday night and when I saw WMIH's shareowner's meeting was set up late on a Friday afternoon to be simultaneous with a special NSM meeting that is set up in Dallas on same exact time and day, I thought for sure there will be somethings said, filed that is a Material Development to this over-all case that is unknown to us presently but only time will tell for sure.
I have also thought how this could go down separately such as closing the platform purchase first and then doing a deal with the investors who signed timely releases and hold markers in their accounts.
I have long been feeling that whenever this happens there are several components that happen simultaneous and to this point, this is all set up to at least look like a Material Development that is unknown will happen but again only time will tell the truth. Now, at least we are coming around to the final furlong and the wire is very near.
Fredmiller, what you do say makes a lot of sense. I too can see and agree with you on how you understand the way you do on this playing out or should I say explaining "The Beginning of the End" is finally ready to proceed!
