It's at 2.5% of the price that the pumpers say it's worth. Does that mean 2.5% of what they say is true? That seems like a very high estimate from what I've seen.

Maybe it means they fooled 2.5% of the people. I believe that. 20% of the people believe that they are Marie Antoinette reincarnated. I think the true number is far lower!
